    I don't know what the Nvidia equivalents are but if a game supports AMSAA you can get better quality than FXAA by using AMSAA-Edge detect/EQAA/Temporal AA. Probably higher framerates and definately better quality. Even if a game dosen't support FXAA simply using 2xSSAA-edge detect+EQAA+mabye...

    7970 will push BF3 @ 1080p 120hz with adaptive AA on, Edge detect. Use Temporal AA/non trilinear AF. Might have to tweak some details from ultra but not many. Adaptive AA for AMD cards was added last patch I think and it works very well.

    CMT benefits more heavily threaded applications since it places the 2 threads that share the most cache in a module so they can both use common cache hits. It effectivly increases L2/L3 cache by whatever the 2 threads have in common as far as cache goes.

    WoW got a 10% improvment from W8 CMT. And it isn't a heavily threaded game. The improvments from RCM should enable close to 6ghz clocks on Air cooling.
