Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
your video looks like typical VA panel behavior. i'm afraid replacing it won't do any good, that's just how VA is, but IPS isn't much better. if you want no ghosting you'll have to go for gaming TN panel.
i would go with EH6000. they are known for having very uniform screens, no backlight bleed or clouding, advantage of backlit screen instead of typical edge lit.
i really want a GW2760HM for great contrast but I'm afraid of extremely slow VA response time in certain situations http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k2jQ00PS9j4
i remember same thing happening on my old VA HDTV :(
4:4:4 helps everywhere, not just text, to answer your question yes, imo, it is a deal breaker. if you run PC games at 1080p without 4:4:4 you'll instantly notice stuff doesn't look right. there is no reason not to get hdtv with 4:4:4 as even the most basic samsung models offer it now.
your post is seeping with bias and misinformation, but i don't have time to comment on all of it so i'll just respond to this part.
Benq is using overdrive on their VA monitors, yes, BUT, so does every IPS monitor that can be even remotely targeted at gamers. latest AUO VA panels are rated...
usually it's very hard to spot a difference between ICC profiles with a naked eye, especially if they are similar. I doubt TFT central's ICC profile for this monitor is much different from the standard Windows sRGB profile, and that's why you don't see any difference. most important calibration...
what are you going on about? Benq clearly separates native and dynamic contrast rations in their product spec sheets. Not to mention many Benq VA monitors were already reviewed and they proved to have amazing contrast ratio, way beyond anything that's possible on TN or IPS.
