    Did you happen to compare speeds? I've read that the performance impact of using ashift = 9 on 4k disks can be significant, especially with resilver times.

    Is there any confirmation that the U3011 actually has a hardware LUT? I searched a bit, but all I've found are vague mentions of "12-bit internal processing". That same phrase was used with the U2410/U2711, which both do not have hardware LUTs.
