On XP pro desktop when you right click on an object you get the "send to" option which lists various options to send the item too...
How do I remove some of the options like 3rd party devices I no longer use that seem to never go away?

Sorry, I guess that would help.
In either XP or 2k Pro I want to be able to open the command prompt , list active/open ports and shutdown ports at my choosing. I use netstat -ao to list ports and PID's currently and I can stop the services but I want to be able to close ports at the command...
The XP Format is not as thourough as I would hope, I was still able to locate some game files and such that should have been removed from the Xp Format.
Dos Boot Disk was the next step but a coworker had brought up PDWIPE so made me think to ask here before I take any further steps...

Ok I tried Safe mode, VGA mode, Last known good configuration, Dubugging mode, Dir. Ser. Restore, and command prompt.
Still the same black screen of mystery.
Going to try restore from booting from XP CD.

I took the 3000+ out and put it into another machine. booted fine and even recognized it again as a 3000+. Going try the XP repair utility and see if I can get that to come up.
I would boot into safe mode but that part of bootup is not seen, I only see the initial screen where I can hit...

I swapped out the vid card with one I had still in a box, same card ASUS 9600 SE. Rebooted with default CMOS settings no luck, got back into the CMOS and upped the AGP volts to 1.6, I don't have 1.55. again nothing changed.
