    And fixable! Still, I'm not completely satisfied with my answer, since I think it should have worked with DVI/DVI/HDMI>DVI but that's just being picky I guess. They ran through everything I could throw at them last night. No issues whatsoever. I'm a happy camper.

    OK so I think I've made some progress. The Accell DP>DVI adapter I had was old, like really old. They mention a firmware update-something I had never done nor had I even considered. Turns out the current firmware was V0.22. I updated to V2.0 and tested. Seems to be stable now. I'll report back...

    Do you mean a display port (DP) adapter? I don't think so. The issue persists using an HDMI > DVI adapter which, to my knowledge, is essentially the same thing with a different form factor.
