    I just got a U2412M Rev A00 off eBay, manufactured at the end of 2013. I opened it up and found that the monitor now has a Samsung ltm240cl01 panel which is a PLS panel. The details about the panel can be found on panelook.com. I haven't noticed any yellow tint through use or the Eizo test...
