    Passed 4 memtests (not that long I guess) at +.2v MCH with the CPU overclock. Then had a BSoD in Windows while browsing firefox. Set it back up to +.3v and firefox has been occasionally crashing, but no BSoDs. I dunno, maybe I just can't get stability at 4.0Ghz on this e8400 + p35-ds3l system.
