    i prefer speakers over headphones as they dont fatigue my ears (headphones), much larger sound stage, body impact (more life like experience). in regards to detail its depends on your system. bad things cost far more than a good pair of headphones and take much more space.

    imo for gaming i not that sure but for music and movies without a doubt speakers have much bigger sound stage and also you feel explosions not just hear them - their is just no comparison. even my cousins Bey T1 the sound stage is tiny.
