You forget the capacitors around the CPU socket. At CPU above 60C the box cooler (and others that blows down to the socket like TT Big Typhoon) warms very much the capacitors and VR's. If want higher than ~60C - get cooler that blows the hot air far from the MB.

So, when you buy Core 2 Duo, look for the Version ot the box procesor. #002 all of them are crazy OC!
