    Silent Mechanical Keyboard

Apparently, Logitech has added padding to silence the brown switches on their mechanical. It has a numpad though.

Help buying new 27" LED Screen

A lot of people recommend the Koreans. I find the panels to be quite different from the Apple ones. Bad color, bad latency, not to mention dead pixels. Backlighting is dreadful, I don't think they ship any cables with it, it doesn't offer a lot of connectivity options, etc. Also, crappy...

i7 920 enough for Mist of Pandaria?

A 920 is way more than enough for WoW, if you forgive the game for its inherent limitations. No CPU is going to perform adequately since the engine behaves like patchwork.

Will games stress a single 680 GTX at 1080p anytime soon?

You shouldn't have much of a problem with a single 680, unless you want 120fps or high multisampling. But then again, a lot of games are badly optimized these days.

50 pounds might be too little for a proper upgrade. You might get a better overall computing experience with more RAM, especially if you haven't switched to Win 8. Also, you wouldn't need a new PSU, if your current one can't handle a GPU.
