Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I ran both sticks through two passes of memtest without seeing any errors individually, so I don't think the problem is with them, but I can try upping the voltage on them when I get home. I did set the timings manually while trying to fix things, but that did not help.
edit: I think I...
I've been having a lot of issues with this build. It's kind of driving me nuts. Newegg sent me two dead power supplies, and I managed to snap the screws of two seperate Hyper 212+'s and now that I've got it up and running I've been having more fun.
Initially everything seemed to be working...
That would be quite kind of you. I actually just found a post on reddit with a brief list of suggestions. Granted, it spans the entire year instead of just three months, but it's something to start with.
Anyone have any suggestions on some good games to watch for someone who hasn't been following SC2 since like... September? It's been so long, I'm sure I've missed a bunch of epic games, and I've got plenty of time to watch some over break.
I found swapping starter weapons between sides was as annoying in retail as it was in beta. But then again, I have trouble remembering to actually put mods on the guns as soon as I get them, so the game would load up the next round and I wouldn't have any mods for my gun... And then I'd forget...
Hell yeah I'm signing up for this. I haven't even really been paying attention to this, but I loved the original PlanetSide's beta. Ended up never really playing it after I bought it, though. Wasn't happy with some of the changes they made.
Dying is a huge part of this game. In the beginning, you will die a lot. Once you get a hang of the combat system, you will die much less. And then they will throw new, surprising things at you, which will kill you again for a while. Plus, you've got to deal with the environment trying to kill...
The only problem with using the M16A3 is that it swaps you to the AK74M when you switch teams at the end of a round. So annoying, and god forbid you forget and have to use that, heh.
Only bought a few games so far. My wallet's feeling fairly safe at this point...
Gonna have to stay away from buying games just for the achievements, even though it's tempting. Can't really afford it. :/
