Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
From what you say this keyboard is just going to be to fragile for any kind of everyday use. Your company might think about just fixing the problem you described and working on Quality control.
Agree, but where some companys go that extra mile to satisfy there customers and offer outstanding customer support is where i see the difference (Logitech for example)they have replaced a couple items that were out of the warranty period and never tryed to nit-pick the warranty .Companys like...
"Please avoid spilling food, liquid, ashes, hair, or anything else into your Deck as this may void your warranty."
I would agree on the food and liquid and i dont thank you can spill hair. But hair, dust, lint etc. can occur with just normal usage so your so called WARRANTY would pretty much be...

Yep, the 4600 is mATX along with the Dimension 2300,2350,2400,3000,4600,4700 and Optiplex 170L they all use the same style case. Some header connectors need to be changed out for the front panel wiring to fit a standard mATX motherboard.
It did not have a motherboard it was a bare case i got off Ebay but some reasons to replace it are the Vostro-200 have no Raid-0 no Quad Core support yet 4 SATA headers instead of the 6 the DG33TL has.
Anyway the Intel DG33TL has given me no problems and fit my needs.
Just to add the Vostro200,Vostro400,Inspiron530 are all pretty much standard m-ATX except for a fixed rear I/O panel. So your not stuck with proprietary parts that limit the upgrades you can make.
Heres one of my Vostro200's with an Intel-DG33TL motherboard running raptors in Raid-0.
