Kinda figured Top exhaust would make more sence, but was really concerned that drawing warm air through the HeatSink and out, was less effective than Introducing Cool air into the case and blowing it through the Heatsink? I guess I'll do some tests, but top exhaust does sound more logical.- Futile

Finally got the funds for the rest of my build, that PSU placement is a real in the ass. I managed to get the Megahalems on with a Noctua 120mm in Push, and a Noctua 140mm at the top as Intake... I was intending to get another fan as Pull on the Megahalems (a Scythe Slim 12mm) but the PSU hits...- Futile

If you're not planning on overclocking, I'd suspect you can get away with any midrange cooler... anything 80-90mm based. If you want to go 120mm or 140mm, you're probably restricted to getting a Down-Blowing style arrangement like the NH-C12P, or do like I'm planning and buy separate HS and...- Futile

Thanks for the feedback. I'll check out the venomous x, if not I'll go with the megahalems. 200$... woah thats a good price. I've taken the 930 to 4200, but there isn't much about the 950s abilities. So might take your advice and stick with the 930.- Futile

Anyone have any experience with the "Armageddon" vs "Megahalems" vs "NH-D14"? Pretty much confirmed the NH-D14 is a long way from fitting.... Just not gonna happen. With or without the 140mm Fan, you can still fit a: Megahalems with a single 120mm fan (facing top to bottom, fan on top)...- Futile

started writing a reply about H50 compatibility, but chrome crashed, so this is gonna be shorter. Might fit if mounted sideways on the 120mm points on the top of the case. Doing this will get you an extra 1cm rise from the mobo (a total of about 3cm). Its possible that on a mobo like the Asus...- Futile

@bastage I think the problem is the size of the radiator. Its Top and Bottom edge stick out beyond the point screwed in, so you'd need at least an inch above and below the vent screwpoint to get it to fit... Obviously rotating it 90 degrees woudl be an option, but the vent is already in a...- Futile
