    Dell Monitor Goes White Noise Every 15 minutes

    I have a Dell ST2420L and lately, every 15 minutes or so, my screen goes white noise (as in old TV's with no signal white noise). I'm not sure what's going on. I connect it to my AMD Radeon HD 6450 video card via DVI. Has anyone experience such an issue? Any help would be great.

    I've been having a lot of intermittent drops on my cable internet connection. I want to keep track of that so I'm looking for a tool that monitors the internet in such matter. Any suggestions?

    I have that same chair and I work from home too. Only difference is, my company paid for mine (company ergonomic requirement policy etc.). I really like it alot but I doubt I would fork that kind of cash for it myself :)

    Any coders here? What's a setup you've found to be the best when it comes to software development? I do development on Eclipse(Java) and Visual Studio (C#) and I'm thinking of getting a 30" Dell LCD. Is that good enough or is it an overkill?

    That HP machine is exactly what I'm looking for but after doing some research I found out it can't accept more than 2TB hard-drive per bay :mad: I have two 3TB drives so this might not work for me (unless you guys can suggest a way to do that)

    I forgot to mention that my budget is around $100. So the 6950 2G is out of my price range. I just can't justify spending over $150 for a video card unless I use my desktop for gaming.
