Is there any difference between the Achieva and Catleap monitors other than the shell?
The Catleap looks like it USED to be able to o/c better but neither monitors will do so now.

AMD will lower prices for sure. As it stands. 7950 pricing = GTX680 pricing while the GTX680>7970.

They're even pictures for you, there is no backplate on the card, only 4 screws holding the cooler down. The 7970 has a full backplate.
Well, I decided to try tightening the screws holding the heatsink to the PCB.
Surprisingly they were not tightened all the way. They are the screws with springs in between.

After not being able to run any stress test for more than 2 minutes (Furmark/OCCT), I discovered this:
