I put 240v into a power supply which I'd stupidly switched to 110v:o As soon as I powered up the PSU blew with my head right next to it... my ears were ringing like crazy. I was lucky it was only a PSU I destroyed.:p
For the three pin connectors you just need to push down on the metal bit on the side, and then they can be pulled out. They're easier to do than the four-pin molexes in my experience.
I'm guessing that the case is made of steel rather than aluminium, in which case a jigsaw is better than a dremel unless you happen to lik ebuying new dremel disks. Tight corners could always be cut roughly with a jigsaw, and then neatened with a dremel/dremel clone or by hand with a small...
