    I apologize for the necromancy, but I wanted to update... I picked up a 400 watt power supply and an ATI x850, and this thing works exactly as it should, and gets about double the framerate on FEAR when compared to my old 9800 PRO. I'm very happy with the choice. Special thanks to dderidex!
