The TV shows should be in the Video section of your Touch. Movies you added will be at the top. Scroll down, the next section should be a list of shows you bought. Click on the show title, and it will bring you to a list of episodes you downloaded.

You need to run CoreTemp in order for the gadget to be able to show the temperatures, but it should be what your want.

There is no software available is capable of playing Blu Ray movies normally on a Mac. This is thanks to the DRM SONY put onto their discs. HDCP requires that ALL of the hardware (not just the software) be compliant and fully licensed for playback. Mac has yet to have this put into it.
