Then add a folder to the watch list "ripped dvd, dvd, etc"
Put ripped dvd (e.g. Godfather 1) in that folder. Directory should look like this "X:\ripped dvd\Godfather...
adding to the story, not wanting to steal it. but i rma by 965p-ds3 board about a year in, jan 2008. and they claimed scratched pcb and thus void warranty due to physical damage, which i think is bullshit. its not like i take a knife and cut the board or drop things on it. pure bs. never buying...
i guess you can consider ac7 pro a small heatsink. I'd recommend that. Good performance overall, cheap too.
how about a scythe mine. looks pretty small (height) compared to my ninja.
Check out these reviews. These guys are serious about silence. S-Flex makes their top 3 choiced fan along with Noctua and Nexus for 120mm. Got my friend's silent pc the Scythe SFF21F. Really quiet so i would recommend the scythe fans over the noctua for price...
Im running it on on 1680x1050 w/ recommended settings. one with the * on them. im getting mid 20 fps on screen with action. I would like it to be a bit smoother. that's why im ocing.
Also, Im play Company of Heroes sometimes.
Im thinking of getting s1 or s2 for my xfx 7900gs since speedfan record a 69C on idle/regular tasks (ms word/browsing/acad). I plan to oc it a bit for TF2 so i was thinking of s1/s2 with custom mounted 120mm fan.
I am wondering which heatsink will fit my card more ideally and if there much...
Yeah, i was really surprised that both boards didn't work for me. I am gigabyte fan and i loved my 965p-ds3 alot, until i broke it -user error- broken pins. I found that several people from another thread said their system reboots when having fsb enable. I confirmed it myself, by enabling fsb...
a lot of people are having problem with this board. and since all my components are new and gone through 2 boards, im just going to give up on this board and go with msi p35-fr or evga 650i. thanks for the replys.
I've seen a post somewhere that shows you how to attach 120mm low speed fan on accelero s2 for quiet cooling. Something to do with zip ties and clipping away the rim. accelero s2 is my choice on my htpc running 8500gt.
oh. i think im confusing you guys and myself. yes, both cpus can fully boot at stock settings. so it might not be the mch being fried? Im just going to get the parts (new mb and rams) to try different combo.
I've just tried swtiching out to my old e6300 trying to run it at same setting but with fsb at 300. I think you guys are right. im just going to try for new board and start slow this time. i dont think the rams are messed up either since they're rated 444-12 @ 2.1v unless the new mb has minimal...
