    Thanks. he wont be gaming, he's a stock broker and just needs 4 screens,, hense the 2 cards- I have done 2 monitors of course, but i was wondering if it works with 2 cards for 4 monitors.

    Worth sticking with 965 chipset?

    Just for kicks... I put my Xeon 3350 and 8 GB 1066 ram on my trusty Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 rev3.3 (see my siggy) everything worked.. even mounted my 4870 x2 on it.. and installed Windows 7 ! Id say.. the socket 775 on a P965 has still a lot of fight in it so yeah! . its worth keeping the old P965 ;)
