Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
The torrent in this link gave me the correct version, and worked fine. The direct links to MS gave me the older version, so i guess the final is not up there yet.
I have had no issues yet :)
Try dbpoweramp ( http://www.dbpoweramp.com/ ) with the batch ripper plugin (at the bottom of the page). It gets you the artwork, does error checking with databases on the net, sorts the music into folders nicely. And you don't have to push a button.
I know EAC does many of these too, but...
The only thing i thought after i put the Xonar D2X in my machine was "why the hell i have been protecting my x-fi Fatal1ty these last years?".
The sound quality is just much better on the Xonar, and i don't find there's any performance decrease in any sense (i do have a good pc though), and i...
I recently went from an x-fi Fatal1ty to the Xonar D2X and the sound quality is much much better on the Xonar. Was never really happy with the x-fi sound quality and my new tube headphone amp really revealed how dull the x-fi sounded.
I don't notice anything being slower in games with the...
I got Dt770/80 and the amps remove everything that sounds bad with them unamped.
It adds warmth, control, drive etc. Without an amp it sounds metallic, strained, slobby bass and very recessed mids. For games it can work, but i cant listen to music without an amp at all.
You can also get the...

I will try myself with the new old driver anyways :p
According to Creative the only thing they fixed in this driver over the older one (they have the same version number) is that it now installs on the Elite pro properly....

Pa2v2. It sounds great in games. I use that between an onkyo int amp and my bros supermacroIV for music though.
I have no problem recommending the pa2v2, especially when you get that service from Gary which you hear all about.
