yeah basically I had problem overclocking it. Most of the time, I can oc it to 4.0 kind of stable if i don't stress it. So I just leave it at 3.7ish and not think about it.
yeah I am gaming. I want to have a higher, stable clock rate instead.

congrats on your phone, although i personally would've chosen GN. Because it's really the newer and better version of andriod. It will probably last one additional release cycle of andriod compare to S2.

I like Lenovo's desktop a lot. Their stuff looks professional and seems sturdy enough. They go really well with Dell's monitor. All have that business feeling to it.
i agree with others. Workstation card for work because the drivers in those card are optimized for that kind of abuse. Unless you just a student that is only going to run solidworks periodically, and game when u are not doing work.
IF there is anything like AM4, it probably will break compatibility with AM3+. AM3 is really old.
Next socket will probably come more than 2-3 years from now. Socket FM1 is still fairly new.
