Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I believe the intel i3-2105 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115090 has hd3000 graphics too, but you'd probably want to go with the 2500k for games
the cooler is useless on a mini-itx board with a card in the pci-e slot. so like a graphics card would prevent the cooler from even fitting, or vice versa.
lol yeah, it was water damaged, but luckily the case was covered with plastic, but it didn't even leak through. :)
I had a Coolermaster low profile cooler that I had sitting around for another computer, that worked nicely, except it overhangs the pci-e slot, so no go.
Looks like I'm going to...
I figured I may run into some problems with the PSU, but if I can't get it to work, I'll just replace my rig with it (I could use it) and try again with another brand on her new build.
Howdy all, decided to post my future build. Going to be ordering this in the next couple of days.
LIAN LI PC-Q11B Black Aluminum Mini-ITX Tower Computer Case
H67M-ITX/HT LGA 1155 Intel H67 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Mini ITX Intel Motherboard
Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz...
my goal is a small nas server using mini-itx motherboard and case, 6-8 2tb drives, socket 1155 i3 or i5, using onboard video/ intel hd 2-3000.
the hardware raid card goes in the only 16x pcie slot.
is this feasible?
