    15 seconds for MB to post

    Could be a piece of hardware failing. Case in point my DVD-RW was going out, sometimes it wouldn't show up in windows/bios. This caused a massive slowdown in my boot times (from 10secs when working to 25+ seconds). Simply unplugging the drive solved the problem.
