    Pentium D 940 Temps?

    The CPU will throttle itself down when idle. The multilplier changes on mine from 16 to 12 when at idle. I didn't know this and freaked out when I saw the multiplier and speed I was running at. As soon as you need the power, it ramps back up to the normal rate. Geek
