I have this board and an i5-3570k cpu. Been running 4.5ghz without an issue. The BIOS on this is unqiue and definitely grows on you. I'd recommed this board, especially at that price.

From a personal experience, everytime I give the ole red PCB a go ... driver issues end up driving me insane. True the green guys are not without their faults either, but at this point I'm done experimenting. I bleed green. I'm running Win7 64bit and all is well.
USB allows the headset to become an alternate audio device. I then set Vent and other voice functions to this device, while game sound comes through my surround speakers. Probably not functionaly for everyone, but works out well for me.
If you already have an SLI capable motherboard, I think it'd make more sense to slap another 280 in there rather then upgrade to another 2x285s. However, I have nothing bad to say about my 285, love it.
