Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I'm about to go to Ryan's office, and I don't find the game too easy. If it gets that way I guess I could push it up to hardest setting. I like the rpg feel to it, If you mean too easy, in comparison to what, System Shock 2? If that's what you are all thinking of yeah it's easy, in that System...
Chombo nailed it, I do eventually want to be able to play Crysis and all next gen game at full settings. As of now with my anemic starter PC it can't play it on low. Does play Bioshock and Call of Duty 4 in lower settings. In fact the Unreal engine seems to scale down to my cheapo computer well.
Sins of the Solar Empire is Great! I really in C and C Kane's Wrath and of course StarCraft 2 but that's month's out. Sins is really fun the games are epic though, not fast paced like C and C
a New egg cheapie,
1Gig of Kingston ram 533 (this is a automatic upgrade, but I was on a budget. good thing I'm running XP) :)
Gigabyte P35 motherboard

MSI Nvidia 8400 GS 256 Meg video

I could use some advice from all you hard core gamers on a budget:
I built a cheap entry level rig, with upgrade in mind (as time goes by and money comes in)
I play or will play Crysis, and all the FPS also big into RTS
Which is the better first upgrade a Intel 8400 Wolfdale or a Nvidia...
Monopoly huh? some people love monopoly especially played with friends. this sins game is very engrossing and fun. It plays very much like a Civ game for me. I like especially the Real time aspects though. It's fun using an emp on an enemy cap ship sapping it's shields and chasing it down...
System Shock2, you don't need to play the first one to appreciate SS2
People just love that game, like total fanboy for that game as mentioned above there have been textures lovingly created you can download to make the game look better (more modern) In fact you got guys doing a Source...
Well there are demos out for all of these so I'd say try then buy
Company of Heroes
Bioshock
Call of Duty 4
Sins of the Solar Empire. I'm totally hooked on this strategy game right now. It's frustratingly addictive and fun. (frustrating because I'm not too good at it yet.)
and MS...
Duke Nukem 3D was fun, and the pixelated boobies was funny :D it doesn't really hold up though does it?
StarCraft
Half-life 2
Star Wars KOTOR with a story and plot twist as good as "Luke, I am your father." And the reveal of Keysor Soze in The Usual Suspects. I know this is a kind of a spoiler...
have you tried compatibility for win xp sp 2 in properties? Personally, for
xp games I dual boot and boot into xp. And yeah it's worth giving it another chance, the game really takes off by the time you've done the quests on the first planet.
Thing is if the story lines, and acting of the...
my friend your bottle neck is obviously your old graphics card. The rest of your system is pretty good. you need to get a geforce 9600 or better yet a 8800 GT. I'm upgrading now. since i've been playing on my laptop with intel 950 graphics, totally crap, well mostly.
Get thee to New Egg...
I'm interested in Witcher. The thing about KOTOR is replay value is extremely high. I'd rate this game the best game I've ever played, rated like this:
1. Star WArs KOTOR...
