The cool thing about the Slingbox is that it has an IR blaster that allows you to control it remotely. As a Beta tester I can say this thing is really slick. No more paying $$ just to watch a live CNN feed. Now you can watch CNN live.

Yeah... I'm curious why you said you need IPX/SPX. I have setup many networks with file sharing WITHOUT IPX/SPX and have never had an issue.

So you might have a crossover cable or a stright through cable with your hub/switch having a button to make it a crossover port. Make sure you have link light between your hub/switch and router.
