Not sure what your...

Before you think about the TN you can get an HP ZR24w for $388 shipped! Thats under 400.....
I have it and it cant be beat for the price.
As far as recommending a TN panel if for some reason you dont want to go this route I really cant suggest much as I have only had PVA and IPS panels. I did...
I went from a Dell 2407WFP to buying an HP ZR24w .... really since I only had the Dell for 4 years and it took a dump on me, it really turned me off from buying another and since the new 24" Dell are around $550 compared the HP which is $400 it was a no brainer.
I hope you Dell works longer...
I really cant suggest much when it comes to a TN panel.... if you have never had anything but a crt or a TN panel then may not know the difference but when you move into an IPS panel and above its like night and day... but to get that kind of quality its gonna cost about $400+ bucks.
Do some...
They will replace my monitor if I have a dead pixel (I pay to ship it back to them though), it looks like for the price and pixel guarantee I will be ordering one from here.
Nice guy i talked with and they are an authorized HP dealer so its great for warranty purposes.
Thanks so much for the...
I will definitely do that and try and get some questions answered. Really for the price it sounds great but the only thing I would like to know is if it shows up with a dead pixel will they exchange it with another one. I love HP's warranty for 3 years and I am confident they will do me right...
How is there return policy on Dead pixels? Do you know where they ship from? It's nice to see they have an 800 number so I could actually talk with a live person.
Whats your take on the company and did you have any direct contact with them and was is positive?
My main worry of course is if it...
I was going to either get the Macmall deal which was great after MIR, or get it from Amazon that had it for $409..... but I purchased one from a member here on Hardforums used that did not work out and it came damaged (we have been working together on getting this issue resolved and he has been...
Go with the dell if you have to.... out of your picks the only thing I could suggest is to not get the Asus. I am not sure why they get good reviews but I bought one a few weeks ago and the colors and viewing angles and absolutely Horrible!
Get the HP ZR24W, purchase a couple dollar DisplayPort to HDMI adapter and be done. Get a great panel and save hundreds. though you say you may hook up a console and these HP's dont scale to 1080p correctly for console gaming. My advice get the HP cause really man it a PC monitor for your...
