i read here that buzzing noise can be fixed by disabling energy efficency option through bios http://forums.itxgamer.com/viewtopic.php?p=574#p574

if it's not the heat on motherboard components such as vrms maybe is some kind of useless power protection: when a certain amount of watt is exceeded multiplier goes down... just a theory based on what i heard from some owner of other z68 boards :D
however the gpu thing is soo strange and makes...
i only increased these 3 values but 4,5 it's not stable: after about 20-30 seconds of load at 4,5 ghz, turbo multiplier goes back and remains to 43x... maybe some sort of protection applied by the motherboard or i have to increase turbo power and voltage... be careful because these values are...
