Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Hi guys,
I noticed this in Guild Wars 2 running on a GeForce GTX 670 ("Windforce"), driver 314.22 (probably not the most up-to-date, but I suspect this is not related).
Odd thing is that on the character selection screen, there is no dithering in the character's hair, so it would seem that...
Fyi, I came across these two tools for fullscreen gaming.

Oh I see it looks like Gamersgate also has the bundle.
I never tried that service. Is it like Steam and you download the software? Do I have to run some kind of client prior to the games, or is it just some kind of activation? Thanks.
Thanks. Yes I played RoT till I got to an island with the Elves, and I remember vaguely a bridge where a bunch of orcs or giants or whatnot came down and I couldn't get past that. Then I think I lost interest due to the amount of travelling required to top up my characters.
There is a photo of...
Hi everyone
I never finished Drakensang nor it's successor "River of Time". Shame as it was a unique RPG with a beautiful art style (imho). Loading times might be less of a bother now on SSD.
I'm tempted to buy Drakensang the Complete Saga: Dark Eye + River Of Time + Phileassons Secret on...
You know, that's a REALLY good example. You nailed it.
See, this is presumably real time game footage. The game looks fabulous. However if/when I will play it at 2560 here, sure it will look gorgeous and so sharp and crisp, and it will look ANYTHING BUT that video. The video is actually more...
Yeah sorry I didn't mean to comment on the downscaling trick that Knil linked to, but the downscaling to the YouTube video resolution that others mentionnd.
So I tried running Path of Exile as 1280x720, with 4xAA. Indeed it looks close to the YouTube video but one difference I noticed is the...
Hmm I'm a bit confused by the distinction between downscaling and antialiasing/MSAA.
Anti aliasing, as far as I can see never goes further than a single pixel, unless you count "bloom" as a form of "de aliasing". As for the post process AA it's the same anyway.
I see so you mean it's scaled...
Ok this may sound like a really silly thing but...
Has anyone noticed how sometimes the YouTube gameplay videos just look better and nicer than the actual game on the very same computer?
Despite the original game running on my monitor at 2560x1440 and even 60 FPS (say, Path of Exile)...
I tried quicksave on an older save and it worked. On a save that was cleaned off Wet and Cold, it crashed. Therefore it must not have cleaned properly... but the thing is... it is crashing because of its own "older self" so to speak. Without the mod, I can quicksave just fine from that same...
Yep, I also tried loading from a clean save. Although I did try a previous version of Cold and Wet, a week before or so, and cleaned it then as he instructed, from which I continued playing. So who knows maybe it''s conflicting with its earlier self. Actually the previous version also caused me...
I haven't been lucky with Wet and Cold :( Shame because the effect is really nice.
Kept getting CTDs now and then with Quicksave. Couldn't find a solution as all my mods so far don't cause problems. Author said to clean save, but of what? Thing is, when I deactivate it, and load my savegame...
That's unrelated though. Or are you saying that you can get conflicting mods working fine when you have them all at the start of the game, but not when you install them progressively?
If mods have incompatibilities between them I don't think it makes any difference whether you get them all at...
Honestly just enjoy the game as you go. This will tell you exactly what mods you want. Plants are ugly, go get Vurts Flora Overhaul. Next day you notice the follower is dumb, go get AFT. Next day you are disappiinted with the horses, go get Convenient Horses, etc.
Treat yourself to a nice mod...
