    Closed Case is lower temp, becuase the ICE fan actually allows the case to have air flow. If you open case it doesn't work as good since the air won't flow from teh vents of the shell.

    Got the temps down to 60 on load by just adding an extra fan inside poitning towards teh heat sinks (blue fins) 50 on idle (nexus fans silent)

    Yes these discs are bootable and infact they are originals. It isn't asking me to press any key to boot from disc. it's jsut saying boot from disc... then it loads the harddrive. And gets into regular windows.

    No mods to the case thanks to Zalman VNF100 Passive Cooler Running on the stock 250W PSU Here is Another view Another one It runs pretty hot, Idle at liek 60-67C and Load at 85C however it's pretty much completely silent.
