Rosetta@Home works perfectly if you do not split time with other projects, or if you do, you leave the program in memory. This issue is the most important thing the scientists are looking at, as can be told from their posts (Rosetta is getting many positive comments for all their feedback)...

Thanks for the heads up. . I'd just like to point out that UD uses Rosetta as the 'brains' of their program. Rosetta is what allows them to do their calculations.
