I dont think they ment the (220v) power cord if that is what you mean, rather the PSU cable/angelded connector for the GPU, which I can understand they do no supply as this would only be a small group needing them.

The problem IMHO with this approch is you are now asking for people to pledge and you only have ~20 days left to get funded. As your project has not had much leadtime a lot of people have a lot of questions and makes it more difficult to pledge. this would have been far better to do upfront...
