MX as in MX-518? Doesn't it only have a maximum DPI of like 1600? I'm currently using the G700 myself and as long as you charge it every couple of days, you should do fine. It's one of the most comfortable gaming mice I've used and I've tried a ton of other mice like the DeathAdder, Cooler...
