    The answer is: not without a lot of work. First of all, you certainly can't even see the full resolution that even 720p has to offer with any of the 1024x600-screen netbooks. Second of all, iirc, Flash 10's H.264 decoder is slow. (and Flash 9, even slower.) You'd need to view the video...
