    I bought a PSU and the same thing happens. I replaced the 24 but used the old 8 pin on the mobo and hooked them up to the psu. I'll get a multimeter for the PSU.

    The mobo has a little light on the back that goes on when it's getting power from the cable/wall. The SSD has a light that's goes on when you plug it to a mobo that's getting power. So it seems like it is getting but won't turn on. Thanks
