    Thx everyone..finally got my X9SCL+F delivered...I started with 2 x 4GB ram and 16GB USB key for ESXi..haven't set up vcenter yet..but will try it tonight and test the FT part...so far so good...with two 82574 chipset and zero problem with ESXi.
