    VMDirectPath with video cards with ESXi 4/5 is IMHO at this time an exercise in futility. I have seen a couple of successes listed on the ESXi 4 forum @ VMware ... but the vast majority, myself included, have given up on getting it to work at this time.

    sorry to hear you're having problems with the ICY Dock .... I set mine up using the Win based tool and verified it prior to installing ESXi.
