Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Samsung new 960 Evo Nvme SSD is releasing this month, offering much better performance over 850 Evo SATA for about the same price. You might just want to wait like 10 days til release date it would be worth it.
Is it a worthy upgrade from 950 Pro? Asking because I saw someone mentioned the 960 pro has less cache so the overall speed is actually a bit slower than 950 pro.
Vega is just gonna be another disappointment, just like every single AMD releases.
I love how AMD fanbois always anticipate some kind of "change", always hoping for a positive surprise. Fury, Polaris, you name it. All ended in disappointment, but hey, some people never learn.
And btw OP, good...
I just bought the SF600 and the cables are very disappointing. Way too short for the CPU and Mobo cables. And they should have included two SATA cables instead of just one, and make the SATA cable's first connector to be the straight type, instead of the angled type.
Can't install this PSU...
So AMD playing dirty tricks again. But don't worry, with the upcoming Pascal, Nvidia gonna totally destroy AMD (Polaris gonna be no match) and the remaining pathetic 20% (probably 15% are due to fanbois) will be taken away and AMD's GPU market share will be 10% at most in late 2016 lol. Payback...
Just checked the thread on Corsair forum. It's still "soon", and at least "a few weeks" just for it to reach the retailers. So I guess it won't get released on March. Very disappointing for a product that was supposed to be launched *last year*.
These "I love my 2500K I will stick with it my whole life" cheap skids are everywhere on tech forums, even on reddit. Their collective denial IMO is not based on facts and logic, but on emotion. They can't afford to upgrade so they use myths like skylake has no improvement in games to make...
Don't really care about VR games coz they will suck compared to conventional AAA games both in graphics and quality. I want VR porn, though. It's one of the biggest selling point for VR even though developers and consumers don't talk about it openly for obvious reason.
Damn this psu is delayed again? And to April/May? WTF. I want to buy a compact yet good PSU, and heard the Silverstone one is full of problems and horrors. Now I have to keep using my current ATX psu.
