Yes that's fine, my general rule is keep the CPU under 80 degrees. Though you may want to stress test longer, 35 minutes isn't really long enough.

I think the gigabyte gaming 7 board is the best out of those. From the reviews I've read it seems that it's good at overclocking and you shouldn't have a problem. The Asus board seems a little too expensive and I rather pay $25 extra to get the gigabyte board.
