For what do you use the count up timer and TOD timer? And who made them?

I would like to buy something similar to Dell C6100, But i'm in Europe and shipping here from US cost the same as the server itself, and on top there is a big chance that customs will want it's part. So I was wondering if someone knows any decent places to buy servers in EU.

Hi, I need to add some extra ports at home in one room. I'm not a too excited with pulling extra cables to that room (would need to make holes in at least 2 thick, which are like 40cm/16 inch thick, concrete walls). So I was wondering which reasonably priced 8 port managed switch you guys...
