Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I just skimmed the 5060Ti thread and the responses seem about the same as here with some complaining, some defending it, and others saying it would be fine of the price was cheaper. A good portion of the negative comments were also more about the fact that they weren't allowing review samples...
The graph isn't comparing die size, it's comparing cuda cores to take nodes and density out of the equation the same way they used inflation adjusted prices to take that out of the equation. Performance would be the ultimate comparison but that's hard to nail down since the specific games...
Yeah with no high end model it's not really an upgrade from my 7900xtx, if I cared much about ray tracing or upscaling I probably would have just got a 4080 in the first place.
It looks like a decent card for the price though(in this market). I still don't think RT/PT is where it needs to be...
That wouldn't surprise me at all. Mainstream pre-built(mainly mobile) seems to be the main area that Intel is still dominant in.
Way to miss the point. I don't want AMD to win, I want them to get on more solid ground before Intel stops shooting themselves in the foot.
Ideally both companies...
As a consumer the ultimate goal is competition and it still feels like Intel is the behemoth so I would prefer AMD to get a little more traction in the market before Intel pulls their head out of their ass. I think it would be harder but not impossible at this point for Intel to pull a similar...
I think it does make sense for the CCD to be on top even with the heat sensitivity of the cache since it won't have to dump most of that heat through the cache. If true it will be interesting to see if there's any increase or decrease in cache latency with the new configuration as well.
The...
People who play games aren't their customers, hell developers aren't even their customers. Clueless executives at publishing companies are their customers which is why they're slinging this crap.
I liked the game and I'll probably play it a second time at some point but it already looked and played fine so I question the need for it. If they're changing dialog and a bunch of other stuff as well I suspect it will actually be worse than the original but even if it isn't and I felt it was...
I've never even watched any of the movies but at that price I decided to give it a shot and I'm enjoying it more than I thought that I would.
I'm sure that I'm missing some references but most seem to be fairly self explanatory and the world makes for a fun backdrop to the game. The game...
You still haven't explained how Noctua is better when TR has better performance, price, and can have better noise levels while still outperforming them. The TR fans aren't as good but the complete package is better which is what matters and you can always spend a portion of the money saved on...
As someone mentioned db adjusted reviews show TR still outperforming Noctua and several of the reviews I've seen stated that it was just the last few percent of fan speed where it ramps up and you can get nearly identical performance with much less noise by slightly tweaking the fan profile. I...
Nice haul, the silver 100s are what I wanted to get for fronts but couldn't quite accommodate their size so I went with the 50s. They have a nice rich warm sound which is typical of the UK speaker brands but don't really distort or drop any frequencies like some with warm sound. My only...
I just wish that they'd keep it in the soapbox, there's a reason I made the conscious decision to not get a genmay sub after a couple of the free weekends many moons ago.
That is an unusual way to fail, especially if was sitting there untouched.
I haven't had that issue with either of mine that I've had since shortly after they launched in 2012. I just bought a couple of RT- AX88u Pros this week to replace them along with a new modem since my old modem could...
This doesn't surprise me at all given how crappy the MSI Radeon cards have been, they don't offer anything good and they don't offer anything that's a good value. I'm honestly not sure why anyone would buy one unless it was the only thing available or a really great special deal.
