    Mmy monitor got a couple of "brush lines crossing part of the screen" and it's mostly seen on white screens among other colours It's a bit hard to see but i've used arrows to point em out and i don't think there's a solution for it (But if there is lemme know)...

    I'd say the "Uncheck all startup apps" at Start-> type msconfig then enter -> thing and see if one of them, ticking them one by one, is the culprit... But i dunno. It also happens to me on W10 AFAIK whenever i was playing around with it (until some stuff i didn't liked that W7 does better...
