Hate to say this but this is a canned response they've been sending for about 2 months now. It's nothing new and if anything, you'll get this EXACT same e-mail again if you e-mail them in 3 months from today. It's atrocious how they're treating all their customers right now. More specifically...
I'm guessing you spoke with Marsha? She sounds African American and says shes the only one working there. Well I hope you get a response back because I've been trying to get her to escalate my case 3x now. And each time nobody calls me back. Pretty much how everybody else's experience here...
I highly doubt it has anything to do with multiple matching serial numbers.
And I'm not sure wtf is going on with them and how they handle calls. Its super unprofessional and feels like a bunch of 10 year old kids running a call center.
Just by looking at others response. It appears this round of checks does not include people who received a rejection notice. Which is quite unfortunate.
For those who received the check, did you also receive rejection letters to send back?

Damn that just blew up over on reddit. And some guy over there mentioned he JUST got a $29.99 check from NewEgg this week. I don't know if it's legit or not, but I'm not sure how NewEgg is even involved in any of this?
I tried calling KCC today multiple times. Looks like the receptionist took a vacation because nobody answered each time. Will try again tomorrow but this is pretty annoying. And of course, no e-mail back either. I think they're catching on if you ask me.

Yeah I sent them an e-mail yesterday. Still nothing, but that's fine. I'll give it a few days.
Also, I didn't receive a call back from KCC either. I'll give that a few days as well. I'm afraid my results won't end positively though, considering other folk's experiences noted above.
