    I am one of the guys from sfftech. I used the good old zip tie method to mount the 80mm inplace of the 70mm. ALso I replaced the 92mm fan. The stock 92mm is way to noisy. I used the pen mod to make my q6600 to default to 1333 speeds. And to get the 1:1 ram ratio. Current settings...

    Maybe I'll try it and see if it is any different than the bios e02 that came with my board. It does have a different date as far as I can tell.

    Zalman 9500 voids AM2 Warranty?

    I dropped my Aspire Qpack with an 64 X2 3800 topped by a zalman 7000 series heatsink. Didn't break a thing. It was a hard drop onto conrete, top of case hitting the ground. Fired up just fine.

    Be careful with the length of the power supply. You can fit some full length powersupplies in the qpack but not many. Do more research on the video cards. I also recommend steping up to the 7900 GT. Much better bang for the buck.

    Any news on this Motherboard? I hate to dig up an old thread. but I just got another 7800gtx used for cheap and wondering if it is still a decent board to go with.
