    Hazro HZ30Wi, HZ27Wa & HZ27Wb

A tentative price has been announced just today by Mr Hazro for the 27" CCFL model on the forum at overclockers.co.uk (who are the only reseller for UK residents) : "we are looking at a price of £500~£550 ish [inc. VAT] for the first batch which will be made available just before xmas. Sincere...

    Hazro HZ30Wi, HZ27Wa & HZ27Wb

So, 102% of the NTSC colour space and W-LED means that both models are wide gamut colour? Thanks for this info - It's not on the hazro website news page (nor on the link you gave me).

    Hazro HZ30Wi, HZ27Wa & HZ27Wb

Mr Hazro, Which of the HZ27Wa/b is wide gamut colour? Just the H27Wb, both or neither? Which would you recommend for web browsing, watching movies and light gaming? The monitor wouldn't be used in a professional capacity- it's main use will be watching movies, but I will probably calibrate it...

    Hazro HZ30Wi, HZ27Wa & HZ27Wb

hazro, Your website shows the same viewing area (641.28mm x 400.8 mm) for the 30" model and for the 27" models. I assume only one set of figures is correct? Using Pythagoras' theorem, I deduce this to be the viewing area for the 30" model. What is the viewing area and physical dimensions for the...

    Hazro HZ30Wi, HZ27Wa & HZ27Wb

I'm in the market for a 27". The ACD and Dell U2711 are out of my price range but the HZ27Wa/b look affordable based on the HZ30Wi price. I'm also considering the Asus VK278Q,but the ETA on stock keeps getting put back and I'd like a higher resolution then I have currently (1900 x1200), so I'm...

    Hazro HZ30Wi, HZ27Wa & HZ27Wb

Hi, Please excuse my ignorance re monitor scaling, but if the monitor has no scaling, does this mean a 1080p movie will display with black bands all around it? And why does the reviewer here: http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/reviews/hazro_hz30wi.htm talk about being able to change the...

    HZ27Wa v vk278q for Movies,TV

I know the HZ27Wa isn't out yet but these are the two monitors I'm interested in to replace a 19" IBM CRT. Generally speaking, is there any difference in visual quality between a 27" 2560 x 1440 and a 24" 1920 x1080 when watching movies. I read a review that because HD today is output in 1920...

    Samsung 226BW 22": 3000:1 Contrast, 2ms response time

I and many others would be very grateful if somebody could post a link to their .ICC color profile and menu settings in the Official Calibrated Monitor Profile thread. My 226BW is great for gaming and browsing but it sure shows up every artifact in compressed avi's and DVD's.

    Samsung 226BW 22": 3000:1 Contrast, 2ms response time

I just got this monitor- S model. Coming from a 19'' CRT, it displays an equal if not better display with regard to gaming and web browsing. And of course the better resolution and desktop space is amazing. But... I'm disappointed in the video display. Anything below DVD quality like AVI video...

    Samsung 226BW 22": 3000:1 Contrast, 2ms response time

I have this monitor ordered from komplett.co.uk. It was due to be in stock on 16 Feb but ths has been changed to 1 Mar. Has everybody in the UK who's got one so far, got a Samsung panel rather than the AOC one? How long is the supplied DVI cable? If it's not at least 3m, I need to get a new...
