I have been wanting to play a new city building game for a while and I need some suggestions. I have tried out the new Sim City societies, but I didn't like it very much. City Life also sounds interesting, but didn't that game come with Starforce?

Try a program called FRAPS. You can download a stripped down version of it for free. I do not have the link, but if you google it I am sure you will find it.
