Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I beg to differ. The one dealing I had with them, an LED went out on one of my case fans. Wasn't a big deal, but it bugged me, so I shot them an email asking if the warranty covered it and how much shipping would be. Within hours, I got a friendly email back saying that it was covered and to...
^^ Some of them I think are bordering on mediocre, but cougar does have some excellent units on the market. HEC has really stepped up their engineering lately.
Same as the nzxt and kingwin, except they use nippon chemi-con capacitors and xion opted for capxon. Would be a good unit if you don't mind re-capping it at some point...otherwise I think the nzxt or kingwin would be a better choice.

Worst was an ATI Rage 128 pro 16mb. This has been within the last year. :(
Best so far is a passively-cooled Asus Radeon HD4350. Not a screamer, but it's plenty for Source games at 1280x1024, which is basically all I play.
The 2560x1600 monitor will have roughly double the amount of pixels, so you'd probably see a pretty big improvement as long as your rig can handle it. That's same difference as going from 1366x678 to 1920x1080.
However, as newer games come out, your 5850's are going to slowly fall behind in...
The MOFSET/VRM bits could stand to be a bit more beefy, and the CPU power section could use some cooling, but otherwise it looks like a solid board. Probably won't overclock as well as some, but it's not going to blow up or anything either.
An Athlon II x4 would significantly faster. They don't clock as well and there's no core to unlock, but a ~3.6GHz AIIX4 is still faster than a 4GHz PIIX3, and only like 10% slower than a similarly-clocked PIIX4. (on average, of course)
So basically just for benching sessions then? That's all I need I suppose...I never really overclock unless I'm running wPrime or something.
Where'd you find that?
Hi all-
I've been wandering around the net trying to find this out. I've got a C2 635, and according to AMD, its voltage range tops out at 1.25V, versus the C3 that tops at 1.4V. I know that the C3 can take ~1.55 ish, but that's +.3V for the C2, which looks a tad high to my untrained eyes...
