    The U2413 should have a light coating. There's a good review of it on tftcentral.co.uk. It should be a better choice before ordering something from overseas. You have got to be joking. His mild visual snow has nothing to do with static electricity that you encounter when you touch the metal...

    http://i.imgur.com/NHMAN.jpg I have this Samsung PX2370. The lower part of the screen looks brighter, especially when the screen is filled with a single color, such as orange, pink, etc. This all while looking straight at the screen. Is this normal? Is this covered by warranty?
